A romantic garden with a lot of flowers and roses and stone walls from the sandstone that was already deposited on the site before the garden was designed. The borders in the front garden are rectangular, copying the shape of the space. With the roses, salvias and geraniums in the sunny part and azaleas, hostas and anemones in the shady part of the front garden, there is always something in flower to greet the owners and their visitors upon their arrival. A sandstone staircase leads to the main part of the garden, which is sloping away from the house. A one-sided alley from ornamental cherries not only defines the space, but also provides early flowers, summer shade and autumn colour. A raised bed is full of perennials and grasses and there is also a small amelanchier grove that still needs to grow. The same goes for the shrubs and trees at the perimeter of the garden. There is also an edible garden and a space for bonfires.
